This month we have also decided to introduce some of the specialities on our new weekly lunch menus, choosing those best suited to this time of love. Traditional Roman dishes that we have designed specifically to offer you an innovative culinary experience immersed in the flavours of Rome and take you on an imaginary journey to discover the cultural wonders of the city.
The first dish of the week that we’d like to introduce this month is an appetiser: the Pecorino cheese flan, accompanied by a black Venere puffed rice wafer and a balsamic vinegar of Modena reduction. The main ingredient of this dish is, of course, the Pecorino Romano cheese, a key component of a real Roman dining table.
This typical Roman dish is a medley of aromas and characteristic features of Roman cuisine, with the addition, however, of unique and exquisitely matched features for that extra crunch and heaps of flavour. If you decide to try one, you will rediscover the heart of dining like a Roman and you just won’t get enough!

Every self-respecting menu must finish in style (and sweetness). For the month of love, we have chosen a classic dessert, revisited with a modern twist: Panna Cotta with salted caramel. Its soft, creamy texture and mouth-watering sauce create that perfect contrast between sweet and savoury that mirrors the essence of all couples.
Our Panna Cotta is the perfect way to end your traditional Roman lunch. It is made exclusively with fresh milk, while the sauce has a caramelised sugar and salt base. Every ingredient is carefully selected by our staff, for such a delicious and genuine dish, you’ll think it is homemade.
This dessert is one of the most popular, which is why we have decided to include it in two of our new weekly menus. You can find it on Tuesdays and Fridays, as part of two carefully put together selections of typical Roman dishes dedicated of the true culinary aromas and genuine flavours of Rome.
